Martinsville Truck Race Looks to Be Full Of Young Guns
When it comes to Martinsville and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series it seems that talent always shows it's face. Rather it be Bubba Wallace getting his first career win here or having a green white checker their the last two years. Martinsville is really the return date for the NCWTS after taking a few weeks off after Atlanta. This is where many of the teams begin their season if they don't have their organization organized by February and it's commonly where we see many drivers make their debut. Nothing changes over time especially in 2016. Below is a list of each driver who is racing for one of the first times ever at Martinsville next month.
Bryce NapierDriving the Rick Ware Racing entry will be 16 year old Bryce Napier from Scotts Valley, CA. Bryce has experience behind the wheel and could certainly one driver who could impress in 2016 if more races come his way. At the moment Martinsville is the only announced race for the 16 year old but I could certainly see more from this kid. He has a ton of potential and has a group who supports him in many series. Bryce is by far the youngest driver on this list and he certainly will not let that get in the way of his driving abilities. Donnie LevisterDonnie Levister, who began his career in dirt racing and is quickly making a name for himself in his first year on asphalt and will look to make the teams Debut at Martinsville. The team is Faith Motorsports which is something that really appeals to me as a race fan but also as a writer. The team is really faith based and I enjoy seeing teams and drivers in the sport like that. Donnie Levister will be behind the wheel of this beautiful #62 Toyota Tundra that is pictured to the right. Spencer Boyd
Spencer Boyd tested the #98a Chevrolet at Daytona in January at the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards for Mason Mitchell Motorsports which was the team that dominated Testing at Daytona. At the test Spencer finished 2nd in day one and finished 6th in day two. Spencer will be making his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Debut next month at Martinsville with the famous Mittler Brothers Racing team. Spencer, who has had a successful run in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, will pilot the No. 63 Go-Parts Dodge Ram, powered by War Hawk Performance in the Alpha Energy Solutions 250 on April 2, 2016 at Martinsville Speedway.

Cody LaneCody Lane will look to make his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut at Martinsville. Much anticipation is facing this debut and many hope this kid can become the next big thing in NASCAR. A blue collar racer who has scratched and clawed his way to the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. The team looked to make their Debut at Bristol but due to complications with a spotter the team was not even able to make an attempt at a debut in Bristol. As time turned things are looking to go well for Cody at Martinsville as he chases the dream. Cody will be driving the #27 Chevrolet Silverado in the Alpha Energy Solutions 250 on April 2, 2016 at Martinsville Speedway.
Tough Place to Make Debut
This track is tough for some of the series veterans so don't expect it to be a piece of pie to some of these drivers. Yes their are more young guns running at Martinsville but these are the real young guns. These are the drivers who are making their NASCAR debut at one of the toughest tracks in NASCAR and I expect it may teach some of these drivers a lesson while one of these drivers could rise to the top of their game.
